Quickly respond to equipment abnormalities! By managing it on a PC, you can keep a record of alarm history, which can be utilized for future maintenance planning.

Until now, the equipment maintenance personnel have been regularly touring the various buildings within the factory. By aggregating data to a central PC via the PLCs installed in each building, we can eliminate these regular inspections while monitoring the operational status of the equipment in real-time and significantly reducing the workload through automation of report generation. This system captures alarm signals from the PLCs distributed across the factory's various sites and monitors alarm occurrences at regular intervals on a PC. If an alarm is triggered, it promptly notifies the equipment maintenance personnel via internet email to their mobile phones. The "Alarm Email Distribution System" notifies relevant parties via email when abnormalities or alarms occur on-site. Even when not present at the site during a trouble, it allows for real-time understanding of abnormalities and alarms, enabling swift responses. It reads abnormal and alarm bits from various PLCs on-site through Ethernet communication.
